Yesterday myself and Nicole completed our 3rd Marking period Formal Progress Update. I have mixed feelings about what happened. First of all I was a little upset, as dumb as it may sounds, that I was not in formal attire. I normally go above and beyond to present myself well, however, I thought that due to the push back in schedule, we werent going until today. Secondly, I am happy that I was able to discuss all the information that I needed to (i.e. the changes in design), however, I felt a little bit rushed with the bell ringing. Also, I am upset because I was not able to get the pictures of my second set of construction up on the blog in time. I have these images, but there were some technical difficulties and was hoping to have another day to work out the kinks. I really hope these errors majorly effect my presentation.
In conclusion, I think that the presentation went well overall. I presented all of my material in a professional manner. Working with nicole was difficult, not because it was nicole, just because it was a nother person. We had to switch our blogs back and forth and work in between them. That was difficult.
In regards to progress other than that. I am working on finding the support, through my mentors for my new design.
Over the next couple of days, myself and my teammates are completed the technical report and the poster board that we will be sending into MATES.
As far as testing goes, we will be sacrificing some days of our spring break to go and find a pool that we can begin out testing in.
